Working adults between 25 and 65 run into musculoskeletal problems from prolonged sitting, repetitive motion and the stress of desk or driving work. That produces spinal misalignment and chronic discomfort, which chiropractic addresses through non-invasive adjustment.
The three things that bring this group in are low back pain from poor ergonomics, neck pain from phone and computer use, and cervicogenic headaches from postural strain. Regular care stops these getting worse and restores function without medication or surgery.
The most common one, and usually from sedentary work and poor posture.
Second most common, typically from extended screen time and ergonomic problems.
Third, and frequently linked to tension in the upper spine and shoulders from stress.
Radiating leg pain from nerve compression. Common in anyone whose job involves sitting, which includes both desk work and driving.
Often from arthritis or repetitive motion strain. Mechanic's elbow is the classic one. These reduce range of motion and eventually start taking other daily activities with them.

Chiropractic care shows strong evidence for relieving nerve conditions: numbness, tingling, pain and other paresthesia. These carry a wide array of names depending on which part of the body is affected, including sciatica, brachial plexopathy, neuropathy, Morton's neuroma, trigeminal neuralgia and tinnitus. The primary reason to see a chiropractor is to find and remove nerve interference and restore proper nerve function throughout the body.
Beyond that: evidence-based relief from low back and neck pain. Better mobility and flexibility, through improved joint function and reduced inflammation. Better posture and spinal alignment, which reduces the strain office work puts on you and prevents the next problem. And relief from headaches, which is the improvement patients value most.
If you have had this for years and nobody has found the cause, the examination is where that changes.
A comprehensive chiropractic examination begins with a detailed health history, to gather information on past conditions, symptoms and lifestyle factors. Then vital signs: blood pressure, pulse, height and weight. Orthopedic and neurological examinations test range of motion, reflexes and strength, and isolate the pain generator. The physical examination includes static and motion palpation to identify restricted joints, spinal thermography to detect the temperature variations that indicate inflammation, and posture screening to evaluate full body spinal alignment. We may order imaging such as X-rays or MRI, or laboratory studies, for a more precise diagnosis, along with any condition-specific tests such as auscultation.
This process is how we identify neuromusculoskeletal problems without unnecessary intervention.

We have a wide array of treatments, and the recommendation after the examination focuses on the specific set that fits your conditions and your goals. The Services archive at /services/ lists them all.
Timing is usually the real obstacle for working adults. Most people want to come just before work, just after work, or in the middle of the day.
