Career and working adults aged 25 to 65 often experience musculoskeletal issues due to prolonged sitting, repetitive motions, and stress from desk or vehicular jobs. This can lead to spinal misalignments and chronic discomfort that chiropractic care addresses through non-invasive adjustments.
The top reasons this group seeks chiropractic care include low back pain from poor ergonomics, neck pain from phone and computer use, and cervicogenic headaches stemming from postural strain. Regular chiropractic visits can prevent these issues from worsening, promoting better overall function without relying on medications or surgery.

The most frequent non-traumatic conditions in working adults aged 25 to 65 include
Low back pain, often caused by sedentary work and poor posture, which affects nearly 50% of those seeking chiropractic care.
Neck pain ranks second, typically resulting from extended screen time and ergonomic issues, impacting about 23% of patients.
Headaches and migraines come third, frequently linked to tension in the upper spine and shoulders from stress.
Sciatica and other forms of Peripheral Neuropathy, involving radiating leg pain from nerve compression, is fourth and common in those with sitting including desk and vehicular based jobs.
Joint pain or stiffness, often from arthritis or repetitive motion strain, e.g. Mechanics Elbow. These injuries diminish the range of motion and sometimes our mobility in other daily activities.

Chiropractic care shows strong evidence in helping relieve nerve conditions such as numbness, tingling, pain and other paresthesia. These conditions have a wide array of names depending on the body part affected, Sciatica, Brachial Plexopathy, Neuropathy, Morton’s Neuroma, Tri-Geminal Neuralgia, Tinnitus, and many more. The primary reason to see a Chiropractor is to find and remove nerve interference and restore proper nerve function throughout the body.
Chiropractic care provides evidence-based relief from low back and neck pain, with studies showing moderate improvements in reducing pain intensity.
Chiropractic enhances mobility and flexibility by improving joint function and reducing inflammation, helping working adults be and feel healthy.
Better posture and spinal alignment are achieved, reducing strain from office work and preventing future issues.
Alleviating headaches of many types is a much-valued quality of life improvement.

Timing of treatment is often of most concern for working adults. Many prefer to come just before work, just after work or mid-day. We are open earlier than most businesses at 7:00 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We accept our last appointment and walk-ins at 6:45PM Tuesday and Thursday. Every day we have mid-day hours, longer appointments such as exams are excellent for this time frame.
